SHIPPING METHODS
All deliveries are handled by DHL or FEDEX. The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. MACHINA orders are shipped Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
If your order is placed during the weekend or on a bank holiday, your order will not be dispatched until the subsequent working day.
Whilst we strive to uphold our stated delivery times, during busier periods, MACHINA cannot always guarantee regular service times as displayed above.
TRACK YOUR STATUS
As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or UPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.
